Can anyone tell me what payroll package they are using for the 2018/19 exam?  My current software does not allow me to go back to that tax year.

I used Brightpay back when I did it.  

there are a few free payroll software that you could use for the exam - https://www.gov.uk/payroll-software/free-software  or even some of the paid ones comes with a free trial that you could use.
