I'm trying to find out some information on community interest companies and directors salaries. The company I'm helping have been told from someone else that there is a limit of £112 per week that the directors can pay themselves before having to go through payroll. I can't find anything about this, has anyone else heard of this? They also aren't sure what happens when there are 2 directors in the cic, are there any guidelines or rules?
