Payroll practice with Sage cloud

Morning all,

I was wondering if someone could offer some help/advice. I am at the stage of taking mocks and have been doing the theory, but now need to do the practical. I was given 6 months free access of Sage Cloud, which is great ..... however I cant see that I can set up more than one company.

For part of my study I had to set up a new company and action Payroll etc, so now I want to do one of the mocks, but I cannot see an option of setting up another company. I dont know if this means I dont have the "rights" to set up multiple companies and if not then i need to be able to then delete the work I have done already, which I doubt would be possible.

I am a bit confused. I have contacted the college who tell me I need to talk with Sage, so am waiting for them to reply, but I wondered if anyone here as experienced the same thing?

Any words of advice would be great!

Regards

Hi

If you do not need your previous work I think you can erase your files and start from scratch.

Go to File then maintenance then rebuild.

Hope this helps

Sorry Lorr was talking about sage cloud accounting

In payroll you can clear historical data.

Go to wizards, then clear historical data

try that
