Good morning everyone.

I'm looking for recomendations for software for filing Ltd Company Accounts. I am a very small practice and one of my clients is thinking of going Ltd.

This will be my first Ltd company so as you can guess I'm rather nervous about getting everything right. I use HMRC's portal for filing SA returns but would welcome any guidance when it comes to filing for a Ltd Company.

any advice/recomendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

 Hi Carole

I use VT Software - very reasonably priced and you can file easily with Companies House and HMRC.

Thank you for taking the time to reply Sam. I use Sage for my bookkeeping, would I be able to export from Sage into VT or would I have to swap to VT bookkeeping too

 Hi there

Yes you can import a TB. I've never used VT transaction, I find I don't need it

I would recommend Tax Filer. It will import TB from Xero/Quickbooks and Sage.

Really easy to use and does everything you would need, it's also cloud based so no need to install it on your computer, and no back-up worries.

Hello. I have around 70 Ltd's on my books and so found that Taxfiler was excellent for filing Corporation Tax returns.
It can also do self assessments , partnership returns and VAT returns. So does everything I need. keeps the clients details for the following year so saves a bit if time too.
