Hello all and Happy 2020! We are really sorry if you were unable to upgrade over the holiday period. I can imagine how frustrating and worrying that might have been.
The issue may have affected anybody trying to upgrade to Member MICB after passing a, now discontinued, BA7 exam from the outgoing syllabus. If this applies to you, you can now upgrade all month until Monday 3rd February. If you don't take your upgrade now, the new syllabus rules will apply and you'll need to pass M7 and M8 (or have completed ABA8 and ABA9 within the last two years) to upgrade to Member MICB.
I can see that the upgrade issue has been exacerbated by delays with processing certificates which is causing unnecessary stress and knock-on delays for those wishing to upgrade. Again I apologise whole-heartedly. We are making changes to these processes as we speak and I'll make sure we're faster this year.
