Cancelling a client from the AML on line

Hi,

 

I started to complete the AML on-line form when I was told something about the company that did not sit well with me so I told the potential client that I could not engage them. They are AML compliant but I would prefer to just delete them. Anyone know how to do this?

I'd put an end date as the same as the engagement date and put a note in any of the free text boxes as to why you never engaged them.  it would be a good reference tool in future if anything comes back to you.
