There is no way of contacting HMRC as the help line phones are not manned, there is a message saying that you can go to HMRC web chat but there too you get the message "All webchat advisers are busy at the moment" with no link to click. I have been trying to follow the online guides but there is no actual "order" as to what needs to be done and when?

Hi Moch
At the end of the year, you need to select "final submission for tax year" & check that box
You will see the P60 forms link too
Then when you click to change the tax year to 2020-21 the software will end the year for you
