There has been much talk recently about integrity and ethics
Just reading about the Easyjet Data breaches.
I dont know if it is still the case but it used to be a criminal offence in Switzerland to allow anyones data which originated in Switzerland to leave the country so it had to reside on servers in Switzerland.
I know it is a bit hypothetical but if this were to be implemented in the UK would you be compliant.
Do you know exactly where your clients' data is now?
More importantly who now owns it?
