Clare Mannall FICB, Director of CEM Bookkeeping & Consultancy Ltd is giving a presentation on “Preparing Management Accounts”. Clare has worked in industry for the last 20 years, managing businesses, teaching finance, entrepreneurship and business, and she is also the branch chair of the ICB Surrey Branch. This is a topic which aims to help bookkeepers to add more value and professionalism to the services which they offer to their clients, and to set up systems to make the process as efficient as possible.
