Hi all,
When I originally started as a self employed bookkeeper back in 2009 my dream was just to offer payroll services, but at the time, I had young children who were very dependent upon me and I worried about juggling all the deadlines that are associated with payroll so I never pursued it.
Now my children are older, i have a nice rented office that is the perfect place to concentrate and I feel that it is time for me to have a go at this. Does anyone else purely offer payroll? Does anyone have any advice before I change directions?
I know that I would need quite a few clients in order to make a fulltime income out of it. But I am prepared to put the hard work in :)
