Hi all, I applied for an agent services account on 23 September, almost 2 months ago, and am still waiting to hear. I did receive a letter from HMRC asking for evidence of money laundering supervision which I returned to them on 14 October.
Does anyone have experience of having to wait this long for an answer? Is it longer due to the pandemic maybe?
The letter I received gives no telephone number or email address so I am unable to speak to anyone directly
