Access to clients xero accounts via xero HQ

Hi all, wondering if anyone could help me please?

I have been granted access to a second client's xero accounts and had my access updated yesterday by my administrator. So, previously when I logged into Xero I was directed straight to the clients Xero account that I had original access to, however, since I have been granted access to a second client, my login directs me to Xero HQ. Here I can see both of the clients details, but the 'go to Xero' option is disbaled and states I do not have access?

Would this be to an omission by the Administator when the acess was set up?

She is on holiday now so I'm unable to query this with her and being very new to Xero I have no experience in this field.

I have attempted to source an answer on Xero Central, but with no success.

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Can you get into your first client from there? If you click on the client name in the top left hand corner it should either say 'change organisation' or show your 2nd client.

You should also have a tab that says My Xero.

If you click on that it will list both you clients, then you can select the one you need to access.

 Hi,

No the clients aren't there, the only option I have is to add new organisation.

 Hi,

No My Xero doesn't show either of the 2 clients I have been granted access to, they only show in Xero HQ and I'm unable to access their Xero accounts from there, so I'm stumped!

Sounds strange, my systen displays all my clients that are using Xero.

Then you best option is to contact Xero directly by email.

Log into Xero HQ.

Click on the ? in the top right hand corner.

Then select the last item "Contact Xero Support"

Input what you need help with.

The system will respond with a few retated articles, at the bottom of that page you can click on "I still need help"

Then you can input the details of the problem, they will email you back.

Sometimes a response does take a whild so do mention the urgency.

Hope that helps.
