I have recently been invited to Sage Accounting Partner Edition and now have access to the Client List, all of which are showing as active. I have recently completed a Sage 50 professional course, however, Xero is the preferred software for the day to day accounts and Sage is used mainly for SA100 returns.
When I highlight a particular client, the 'Products' information is blank and I am unable to actually access anything, and the help options aren't really providing anything relevant.
Does anyone have any ideas please as I have also had an issue with my granted Xero access, which has now been identified as an issue that only the Administrator can resolve.
