ICB Benefits website login difficulty

Hi All,

Can anyone provide some advice? I am having trouble accessing the benefits website. It is saying ""Your access has not yet been approved. If you require more information on when your access will be granted, please contact your HR department. Please note that, for your security, further attempts to log in to this account may result in it being locked."

I am not sure what they mean by "HR department" as I am a self-studier.

Any thoughts / ideas would be welcomed.

If anyone from ICB is reading this, what would you suggest.

I would suggest you email or call member services and they can check if you are set up correctly.
