I wondered if anyone has any experience of Expanded Retail Discount. I have been contacted by a company called Exacta who have said they have made many claims on behalf of Companies that were affected by the reduction in footfall during lockdown. They say many companies are eligible to calim ERD and have achieved refunds for many large clients.
There are details of this discount on HMRC web pages, however I just wanted to check that it was a valid thing to claim using this company.
