Hello,

My client is closing his pension scheme as all staff are being made redundant. I have informed NEST but do I need to tell the Pension Regulator? If yes, how do I do that? I can't find anything on their website.

Morning Clair,

Please click on the link below to inform the Pensions Regulator that the company is no longer an employer for auto enrolment purposes.

You will need their letter code and PAYE ref.
