Dext/Stripe Issue

Have any Dext users received an email from Stripe confirming they will be setting up their direct debit on behalf of Dext and then proceed to list your business name, last 3 digitis of your bank account and sort code details?

I stopped using Dext in July 2021 so a little surprised to get this email.  Sadly as is usual with Dext you can't get hold of anyone to speak to and no response to emails.

I'm still a Dext user, so it wasn't as much of a surprise - but yes, I've had the same email from Stripe.

 Hi Sarah,

I've spent most of the morning trying to sort this out as Dext never answer the phone.  Eventually got on to my bank as I had notification a DD was being taken so got it cancelled.  Bit of a cheek considering I don't use them anymore.
