Hi,

Currently studying the level 4 finacial statements, finding it difficult to take it all in.

Using the ICB self study books, but decided to sign up to Ideal Schools combined packege for Financial statements and the corporation tax.

Any one else finding these subjects more difficult to take in?

Hi Desmond, I know how you feel I just completed L4FS last year and looking to take the L4CT in the next couple of months just using the self-study books.

I found something that helped me was more of an illustrative approach to note-taking. For example, having several different accounting concepts all on one sheet such as a large mind map type format.

I found it easier to take in the information and a reference tool as condenses pages and pages of written text. As I am more of a visual learner, I found that this method helps best.

I am happy to share some examples to show you what I mean!
