Hi,
I'm a member with a query where I need to talk with someone at the ICB.
Left a phone message a few months ago and didn't get called back. Been ringing on and off every coupel of weeks but not getting through and today the phone number has been engaged all day.
There is no email address given and I don't want to post on Twitter.
Is it just me or do others also struggle to make contact?
Any help on how to get to speak to someone would be much appreciated,
