Come along and meet Barbara Goodway of Croner, who specialises in Human Resources, Employment Law, and Health and Safety support for small businesses.
Barbara currently helps businesses with some of the challenges they face with their reopening and new ways of working.
One of which is employees requesting flexible working. As a business, you have to consider this and have good reason to decline it. For example, if an employee has been working from home during the pandemic but the employer wants them back in the workplace and refuses the continuation of working from home request, the employer could face health and safety and stress related concerns from their employees.
Barbara will talk about avoiding tribunals, the COVID impact on Human Resources and Health and Safety, and how to adapt to the new situation.
