Information
Our Autumn program will concentrate on marketing and business development for practice licence holders, but also give help for students and employees to enhance their business skills.
Before you can do that, good internal systems are required to understand what Customer Relationship Management is and how to manage it is a very good place to start.
We will be joined by Julia Nelson, director of Create Momentum Ltd, who will share her wealth of knowledge and experience of how to ensure a one-off project such as implementing a CRM and designing the associated workflow templates can help you with your work.
This is not only for practice licence holders but anyone wanting to be efficient with their data and ensure they handle the setup project correctly.
The benefits of implementing a CRM as a central hub to manage your business’ data, workflows and staff are immense:
-
All your data can be in one area
-
Ongoing email communication with a client can automatically be attached to the relevant client file
-
Links to official sources such as Companies House are available to integrate official data
-
All your workflow templates are personalised to your own business structure
-
As a manager, you can keep abreast of all your staff and their workflow statuses
-
As a team member, you have the ability to reassign tasks within a process to colleagues
We look forward to seeing you all there.
