Information

ICB offers two qualifications in Payroll, the Level 2 Certificate in Payroll administration and the Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management.

The level 2 certificate is not a compulsory pre-requisite for the level 3 diploma but the content of the level 2 certificate is essential knowledge and understanding for the diploma.

If you are studying towards the Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management, you must cover the content of both textbooks. Although not compulsory, you should consider attempting the Level 2 Certificate once you have completed the first textbook. Doing so will help you cement the knowledge and understanding covered to that point.

Each book is split into chapters with clear learning outcomes attached. There are practical activities throughout each chapter, along with model answers, to allow you to check your learning as you go. All concepts are explained in a clear fashion with many examples provided.
