The new tax year approaches and this is the penultimate Wages Wednesday ahead of the start of tax year 2026/27. Ian will use this opportunity to recap all the information you need where you perform payroll as a service to clients.
There are a lot of changes, for example:
- Statutory Sick Pay (SSP);
- Statutory Paternity Leave (SPL);
- Statutory Unpaid Parental Leave; and
- Statutory Bereaved Partner’s Paternity Leave
Plus, just as important are the things that have not changed.
