Helen Barge, Founder and MD at Risk Evolves, will be our guest in May. Risk Evolves is based in Leamington Spa and specialises in compliance, risk management, data protection and cyber security.
The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) are comprehensive and wide-ranging, but how should they be applied to very small businesses? What are the absolute essentials that we cannot afford to ignore? And now that the UK has left the EU, do we need to do anything differently regarding data protection?
This will be a brief but informative session on the aspects of GDPR that affect us in practice: why it matters, where to start, and what to look out for.
Please note that Helen can only be with us from 11-11.30am so please join the meeting a few minutes early to get the most out of her time. From 11.30-12am we will have general conversation based on Helen’s talk.
