Our Accredited Training Providers are committed to offering the highest standards of training in line with our challenging & practical syllabus.

As an awarding body & membership organisation ICB does not directly provide training. ICB accredits training providers whose courses meet ICB standards.

ICB Accredited Training Providers offer a range of flexible learning options including classroom-based, distance-learning, online courses and virtual classes.

Find a Training Provider

Train your staff

Chartered Accountancy isn’t for everyone. Ensure your bookkeeping staff have the right practical skills for the job and give recognition where it’s due.

We have professional qualifications at Levels 2, 3 and 4 as well as Level 2 and 3 Apprenticeships in accounting and payroll.

Bookkeepers can pick and choose additional Level 4 qualifications in tax, financial statements and management accounts (AKA Business Insight)

All exams are online and available on any day of the year. Once qualified, your staff receive certificates, membership with technical support included, and can call themselves Certified Bookkeepers.

A formal training programme isn’t required and your staff can use our range of self-study textbooks and online mocks, or contact one of our accredited training providers. For experienced bookkeepers, getting qualified could take as little as three months, for everyone else you’re looking at 12 to 18 months through part-time study around other commitments.
