Hi, I 2 questions on using Sage 50 ADM

Q1.

I have 4 companies in my SAGE 50 ADM list and want to delete one I no .

longer need, but I have not been able to. All the help information I have viewed says that the files should be namec version/company.001 etc. But this company (2009 version) is /company.000. I get an error message saying I can't delete base company.000

I restored it from a memory stick a client gave me some time ago. 

I also have 3 active companies on version 2011 and the first of these is company.000, then .001 and .002. They were restored from back ups the clients sent me by email. 

Confused by this, really need to delete this one. I now need to add new clients.  

Q2. A new client is using Sage instant 2013, am I going to be able to open it with Sage 50 ADM? I only have an old version of sage instant, 2010 or 2011, I expect it will not be compatible.

Hi

If you are using Sage 50 Client Manager through their Bookkeepers/Accountants Club then it will read the Instant Accounts data as long as you have loaded that particular year's software. So to read the Sage Instant Accounts 2013 you will need to have Sage 50 2013 loaded to be able to read the data.

Thank you, I am using Sage 50 ADM through the accountants club, so hopefully I won't have any issues. 

I have managed to remove the unwanted company too and everything seems to be working fine.
