Kashflow issues

Hi - does anyone use Kashflow accounts and if so are you having any issues with its use or is it just us?

I have been told they have an issue with transaction locking but there appear to be other problems and I am concerned about processing any more transactions until it is sorted. Just wondered if anyone knows anything else about the problem as I don't know whether it is just us or everyone.

Hi Jan,

 

Hope you got things sorted with Kashflow.  I have Kashflow and haven't experienced any problems though it was somewhat slow yesterday which is unusual.

 

If experiencing problems then give their Customer Support team a call. I have found them really helpful and quick to reply.

Thanks and yes we did eventually get sorted with the problems.

We were getting a bit stressed as we'd e-mailed on 3 seperate occasions over a 7 day period about an issue with transaction locking and they weren't replying.  This meant we couldn't apply any payments to customer invoices and it was our financial year end. It turned out that they'd accidentally put our support code on hold so didn't get the e-mails.

I was really disappointed with them at the time as generally the support is brilliant and I started thinking they were having really major issues because they weren't replying (hence the post on the forum).  Anyway all is OK now, thank goodness and we are back working normally today.
