Thanks and yes we did eventually get sorted with the problems.
We were getting a bit stressed as we'd e-mailed on 3 seperate occasions over a 7 day period about an issue with transaction locking and they weren't replying. This meant we couldn't apply any payments to customer invoices and it was our financial year end. It turned out that they'd accidentally put our support code on hold so didn't get the e-mails.
I was really disappointed with them at the time as generally the support is brilliant and I started thinking they were having really major issues because they weren't replying (hence the post on the forum). Anyway all is OK now, thank goodness and we are back working normally today.
