Professional Clearance Letter

Hi 

 

I need to write my first professional clearance letter, I have picked up a new client today (sole trader) who currently has an accounting practice that completes their self assesment. Does anyone know where I may be able to find a template?

I thought professional clearance letters were more for Accountants..........not bookkeepers....are we supposed to use them too?

Er yes. See templates for these in Resources and Running a Practice.

I don't use that one but it gives you an idea.

Why would you not send one?

You will need the brought forward figures, details of Assets/Depreciation etc etc
