Just wondering if anyone can understand the Nomi pricing strategy?? I was told that if you used the software in any particular month and paid for an SA submission, you wouldn't be charged a 'minimum fee'. I've purchased a credit for a particular month as I had no submissions to make with them, this was used up the following month against a submission, then they charged me a minimum fee as my credits had been used up, in the same month? It's totally confusing and I thought I was pretty intelligent, ha ha!
