Bookkeeping abroad - advice required please.

For the last 3 years I have run my Bookkeeping practice part time, alongside my full time work. Unfortunately, mainly due to a flooded market in my local area, my practice has never gathered enough work to take full time, despite my best efforts. Due to this and many other factors I have now relocated to Cyprus. Now in Cyprus I would like to get my practice back up and running as I believe there is a gap in the market with expats running SMEs here but having to use, sometimes not reliable, Cypriot Bookkeepers and accountants.

I am interested to see if there are any other ICB members in Cyprus who could share some insight into their experiences, and any advice would be appreciated.

Also, any advice fromy experienced Bookkeepers would be helpful.

My first couple of questions would be whether I should keep my business registered in the UK? I would like to work with local clients here in Cyprus and also work remotely with clients in the UK, so how this could work.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
