The Bookkeepers Summit is back for 2025 – and it’s bigger, better, and more tailored than ever before. So what’s different? What’s stayed the same? And will the great lunch remain?
On Monday 17 November, hundreds of bookkeepers and finance professionals will assemble in London for a full day of learning, networking, and celebration. And with early bird tickets available now, there’s never been a better time to secure your place.
Whether you’re just starting out in bookkeeping, running your own thriving practice, or working in payroll or finance, the Summit is your chance to take a day away from the desk and focus on you.
What's in it for you?
This is the UK’s only national event created entirely for bookkeepers – and that focus makes all the difference. Every session, speaker and exhibitor is there to support your success, with content carefully chosen to be practical, relevant and inspiring.
This year’s in-person Summit includes:
- A choice of talks and workshops across multiple content tracks
- Keynotes from leading speakers, including Rebecca Benneyworth MBE
- Hands-on masterclasses to keep your skills sharp
- A new AML advice clinic for one-to-one support
- A buzzing exhibition featuring the best in bookkeeping tech
- Time to connect with exhibitors, advisers and other bookkeepers
- Food and drinks included throughout the day
- Access to the Virtual Summit on 19–20 November
- ...and of course, an excellent lunch!
Whether you want to explore the latest in tax and technology or get advice on growing your practice, the Summit is designed to give you real value and ideas you can put into action straight away.
What’s different this year?
We’ve listened to your feedback and made some exciting updates for 2025:
- A wider choice of content tracks, tailored to your role and goals
- Skills-focused masterclasses to build your confidence and capability
- A dedicated Anti-Money Laundering clinic for practical, personal guidance
- Discounted tickets for students and team members
- Even more real-world advice to help you be the best bookkeeper you can be.
And of course, we’re keeping everything that makes the Summit special – the welcoming atmosphere, expert insight, and strong community spirit that bookkeepers tell us they value year after year.
New to the profession?
If you’re a student or have recently qualified, the Summit is a fantastic opportunity to get your bearings, meet others on the same path, and feel part of the profession. ICB organises a buddy system, so if you’re nervous about coming on your own – don't be! You’ll be greeted by a friendly face.
Attending as a team?
There’s a discounted ticket option for additional team members, so you can bring colleagues along and make the most of the day together. And with multiple tracks – there is plenty for bookkeepers, finance pros and payroll people at different stages of their career.
Round off the day at the LUCA Awards
In the evening, we’ll gather for the ICB LUCA Awards – our annual celebration of outstanding achievement in bookkeeping. Whether you’re a nominee, a guest or just ready for a good night out, the LUCA Awards are always a feel-good highlight.
(LUCA Awards tickets are sold separately.)
