From 10 September 2020 Companies House resumed the process for companies that have applied for voluntary strike-off. From 10 October it will also resume the compulsory strike-off process for companies it believes are no longer carrying on business or in operation.
It is also looking for people who have objected to a company strike off to take part in user research sessions for a new online service. If you are interested in taking part please email surveys@companieshouse.gov.uk.
Furthermore, the Companies House contact centre has reopened. You can now call them on 0303 1234 500 between 8.30am and 6pm on weekdays. All offices remain closed to the public until further notice.
