Companies House will no longer send out paper reminders to companies. It has explained that the reminder letters cost £1.2 million to print last year, and it now wants to reinvest this saving into products and services.

Companies are being encouraged to sign up for the email reminder service. The service is free, and you can choose up to four people to receive a reminder (that includes an agent), and the documentation can be filed immediately from a link within the email.
