A guide to ICB services over the festive period.
ICB’s main office will be closed for the Christmas holidays from Friday 20th December at 4.00pm and will re-open on Monday 6th January at 9.00am.
Members can still access our technical support line during the Christmas period by calling the main number. Support is available 8.30am-5.30pm every day apart from Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
You can also continue to take exams during this period and all exams remain online and on-demand.
Please note, you will be unable to access exam support during the holiday closure. Make sure you only book one exam or mock at a time and wait for your results to come through before you book again.
Your mock or exam will expire if not completed within 28 days (for mocks) or 14 days (for exams) of the time of booking.
