A guide to ICB services over the festive period

The ICB main office will be closefor the Christmas holidays on 5:30pm, Friday 19th December 2025. We will re-open on Monday 5th January 2026 at 8.30am, refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for 2026!  

Members can still access our technical support line during the Christmas period by calling the main number. Support is available 8.30am-5.30pm every day apart from Christmas Day & Boxing Day. 

You can also continue to take exams during this period, aall our exams are online and on-demand.  Please note, you will be unable to access exam support during the holiday closure. Make sure you only book one exam or mock at a time and wait for your results to come through before you book again. Results for A3, P3 and M8 may take longer than usual.  

Your mock or exam will expire if not completed within 28 days (for mocks) or 14 days (for exams) of the time of booking.
