Acas and HMRC are collaborating on a webinar on 18 July
The webinar will cover:
- Acas - on holiday pay and entitlement for irregular hours and part-year works and
- HMRC - on what counts as working time for Minimum Wage purposes
This is available on 18 July 2024 from 2pm to 3pm and requires registration.

Do remember that Acas will cover the statutory position on the changes for leave years starting on and after 01 April 2024. However, if the contract of employment / engagement provides for better than the statutory then it is the contract to follow and not the legislation. For example, legislation defines what holiday pay must include.
