New accredited provider to deliver ICB Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management, expanding flexible training as demand for payroll skills continues to grow.

ICB has announced a new partnership with Accountancy Tuition Academy, welcoming them as an accredited training provider to deliver ICB qualifications.

Accountancy Tuition Academy will offer the ICB Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management, helping more learners build the skills needed in a profession that sits right at the heart of UK business and compliance.

With around 30.3 million people on payroll in the UK, even small errors can affect thousands of employees, highlighting just how critical skilled payroll professionals are to the economy. (Office for National Statistics) As payroll grows in complexity, demand for high-quality training continues to rise.

ICB CEO Ami Copeland said:

“Payroll is one of those roles where you really feel the responsibility. You are not just processing numbers, you are making sure people are paid correctly and on time. When you think about the millions of employees relying on payroll every month, it shows why skills and confidence matter so much.

We are seeing more people recognise that and actively choose payroll as a career. That is why partnerships like this are so important. We want students to have access to training that truly supports them. ICB exams are challenging and the standards are extremely high.

Accountancy Tuition Academy really understand that balance of qualification and real-world ability, which is exactly what we look for in an ICB training provider.”

Accountancy Tuition Academy brings a flexible approach to learning, offering three study options. The Lite model provides distance learning with email tutor support, Premium includes monthly one-to-one sessions alongside ongoing support, and Premium Pro offers weekly taught sessions.

These options allow students to learn at their own pace while applying their studies directly to their day-to-day work, building both technical knowledge and practical confidence. All ICB exams are completed online, making it easier for learners to fit study around their lives.

Karen Dixon, Director of Accountancy Tuition Academy, said:

“We are genuinely excited to be working with ICB on this. What matters to us is that students do not just pass an exam, they feel ready to actually do the job. That is why we focus so much on support and flexibility. Whether someone needs a bit of guidance over email or regular one-to-one time, we want them to feel they are not doing it alone.”
