Everything you need to know about the Bookkeepers Summit
When and where is the Bookkeepers Summit?
The Bookkeepers Summit 2025 takes place at the QEII Centre, Westminster, on Monday 17 November 2025, from 8:30am to 5:00pm and is followed by the two-day Virtual Summit 2025 taking place on Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 November 2025.
What does it cost?
ICB members: £149 +VAT
Student members £99 + VAT
Non members £229 + VAT
What's included at the in-person event?
Access to the drinks reception on Sunday evening. The in-person event day includes a hot lunch, refreshments throughout the day, and an ICB delegate bag. We'll have inspirational keynote speakers and a thriving exhibition for you to see. And you will have access to the virtual summit too.
Do I get a discount if I'm an ICB student or member?
ICB students and members receive a discount on the general admission ticket price (valid ICB Number required at checkout). Please contact us if you'd like to discuss joining or need to find out your ICB Number.
Can I use the app?
Yes, no matter what ticket you purchase, you'll get a login to our event app for networking during the Bookkeepers Summit. This is a great way to meet other bookkeepers, or say hi before you meet up in-person.
Why am I being charged VAT?
In previous years, Bookkeepers Summit tickets were exempt from VAT because the event was sold directly by ICB, falling under our VAT exemption as a recognised UK educational institution. This year, however, tickets are being sold through our event management company, Redactive. Under VAT rules, when a third party sells tickets on our behalf, the exemption no longer applies and VAT must be charged at the standard rate. If your organisation is registered for VAT then you can usually claim back any VAT you pay. We’ve worked to keep prices as low as possible despite this change, and we appreciate your understanding.
Can non ICB members attend?
Absolutely. All bookkeepers, payroll professionals and finance administrators are welcome.
I have purchased a virtual ticket, when will I get access?
You will receive and email a few days before the virtual summit giving you access to the app.
